Click Through Rate (CTR)

CTR is the rate that measures the numbers of click on the specific links or adds. To calculate CTR, divide the total number of times an add is shown by the total number of clicks the add got. If an add is shown 100 times and number of times it was clicked is 5 then the CTR is 5%. CTR measures the active users on a site.

Sales Funnel

Sales Funnel or Sales Process is the buying process that company leads customer through when purchasing their products or services. It provides a clear view of the opportunities currently available in your website.
